Who this office is for

If you already have appointments at Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann–TMC, Baylor St. Luke’s, or another Fannin-corridor clinic, this is the least friction. New AFib diagnoses after a TMC admission, pre-ablation visits the week of a lab date, and device checks after an implant done in the Medical Center all belong here.

It is not the only door. Clear Lake and Pearland run the same practice, same physician, same phone number. Pick the parking you can live with.

What we see in this chair

• Atrial fibrillation — new, persistent, or “my hospitalist started a blood thinner.”
• PFA and catheter ablation consults before a TMC or affiliated-hospital lab date.
• Palpitations, syncope, PVCs, flutter, SVT, VT.
• Pacemaker, ICD, and conduction-system pacing follow-up.

How a TMC first visit runs

History, exam, review of the tracings you brought or that were faxed, and a written next step. You should leave knowing the suspected rhythm — not a generic “we will monitor.” No referral is required. Same-week appointments are typical.

Bring photo ID, insurance card, medication list, and ECGs, Holters, echos, or discharge papers. Disc or portal printout is fine. Referring physicians fax (855) 538-7649.
