Planning your visit
What to bring, and what to expect.
A first visit runs about an hour. The more we know before you arrive, the more of that hour goes to your actual questions.
Bring your medication list
Names and doses, including anything over the counter. Blood thinners matter especially.
Bring prior records
Any previous ECGs, monitor reports, echocardiograms, or hospital discharge summaries. Your referring physician can fax them to (855) 538-7649 ahead of time.
If you have a device
Tell us the type and manufacturer of your pacemaker, defibrillator, or loop recorder when you check in, so we can have the right representative available.

No referral is required. Our team verifies your benefits before your visit and will tell you what to expect.
