PFA is available. It is not automatic.

Pulsed field ablation treats AFib with brief electrical pulses instead of heat or freezing. Dr. Boone uses it when pulmonary-vein isolation is the job and the atrium cooperates.

Radiofrequency and cryoablation stay in the tray. Follow-up stays with the same physician at TMC, Clear Lake, or Pearland. If a website told you everyone with AFib should have PFA, that website is selling a catheter.
