Bring any tracings you already have, a list of your medications, and the questions you actually want answered. If another physician is sending records, fax them to (855) 538-7649 before the appointment.

The visit ends with a suspected rhythm and a concrete next step: a monitor matched to how often your symptoms happen, a medication change, or a procedure discussion. Not a brochure.
