About Dr. David Boone
Dr. David Boone’s path to becoming a cardiac electrophysiologist is rooted in perseverance, humility, and a deep commitment to patient care. From modest beginnings, he was often told that his goals were out of reach. Yet, through determination and resilience, he became the first in his family to graduate from high school, went on to earn his college degree while playing Division III football, and ultimately achieved his lifelong dream of becoming a physician.
During medical school and training, Dr. Boone developed a passion for cardiology and pursued the highly specialized field of cardiac electrophysiology—treating complex heart rhythm disorders with precision and compassion. Along the way, he never lost sight of the challenges patients face, not only medically but personally and emotionally.
Today, Dr. Boone brings that same spirit of perseverance to his practice. He believes in treating the whole patient, not just the diagnosis. Whether performing advanced procedures such as ablations and device implantations or guiding patients through the uncertainty of a new heart rhythm condition, he provides care that is both technically excellent and personally compassionate.
Dr. Boone’s philosophy is simple: every patient deserves to feel heard, supported, and cared for with the highest level of expertise. His journey has shaped him into a physician who not only manages heart rhythm disorders but also walks alongside patients and families on their path to healing.

Pulsed Field Ablation
Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) – A New Option for Atrial Fibrillation Treatment
At Precision Cardiology, we are proud to offer Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA), one of the newest and most advanced treatments for atrial fibrillation (AFib).
Unlike traditional ablation methods that use heat (radiofrequency) or cold (cryoablation) to create small scars in the heart, PFA uses short electrical pulses to safely and precisely target only the heart tissue that causes AFib.
Benefits for patients:
Gentler on the heart: PFA is designed to avoid damage to surrounding structures like the esophagus or blood vessels.
Faster and more precise: Procedures are often quicker, with very accurate targeting of abnormal electrical pathways.
Cutting-edge technology: PFA represents the next generation of AFib treatment, focused on both safety and effectiveness.
If you’ve been told you have AFib and are considering ablation, ask us if PFA may be the right choice for you.

Cardiac Implantable Device
Cardiac Device Implantation
At Precision Cardiology, we provide advanced treatments for patients with abnormal heart rhythms, including the placement of cardiac devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators.
These small devices are placed under the skin, usually below the collarbone, and are connected to the heart with thin wires (leads). They help the heart beat at a normal rate and rhythm, and in some cases, can deliver life-saving therapy if a dangerous rhythm occurs.
Benefits for patients:
Pacemakers help treat slow heart rhythms by keeping the heart from beating too slowly.
Defibrillators (ICDs) can detect and stop dangerous fast rhythms that could be life-threatening.
Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices help patients with certain types of heart failure pump blood more effectively.
Our team specializes in the safe, precise implantation and ongoing management of these devices to help you live a healthier, more active life.

Complete Rhythm Care
Comprehensive Care for Cardiac Arrhythmias
At Precision Cardiology, we believe treating an arrhythmia goes beyond correcting the heart’s rhythm — it requires caring for the whole patient. Our holistic approach combines advanced electrophysiology procedures with individualized lifestyle guidance, risk-factor management, and ongoing support.
From initial diagnosis to long-term follow-up, we focus on more than symptoms: we address the underlying causes, such as hypertension, sleep apnea, thyroid issues, or stress, while also supporting heart health through nutrition, exercise, and medication optimization. By coordinating with primary care, cardiology, and other specialists, we ensure every aspect of your health is aligned toward recovery.
Whether you need advanced rhythm management procedures like ablation or device implantation, or personalized care plans to improve quality of life, our goal is to restore rhythm and balance — in your heart and in your life.
